Footy Face & Boots Server 1.4

Version 1.4 expands the Boots Editor so boots can now be assigned to all 3D match players, even if they do not use a custom Footy Face. Players using the original FM face, hair and eyes can now receive their own custom boots and be saved as a .footyplayer file without affecting their default FM appearance.

Other changes:

- Boots editing now works for players with and without custom faces
- New .footyplayer files can be created directly from the match editor
- Existing custom faces, hair and eyes remain unchanged
- Editor hotkey changed to F8
- F8 is only active during a live 3D match
- The editor automatically closes when leaving the match
- Referees can also be detected and given custom boots

A small but very useful update that makes the Boots Editor much more flexible during matches.
