Footy Smoke 1.3 update!

- Added more realism to the smoke and extra effects!
- The Smoke Editor can now only be opened during Match.
- FootySmoke now only loads and applies smoke effects when an actual 3D match is active.
- Improved cleanup when leaving Match.
- Optimized the internal code and match detection logic for better stability and reduced unnecessary processing.
- Improve the smoke!
- Activate gui with F3 in a match.
